Fitness & Medical Disclaimer
Honest Hockey provides general off-ice training and fitness information for educational purposes only. It is not medical advice and is not a substitute for guidance from a physician, physiotherapist, athletic therapist, or other qualified professional. The exercises, drills, and suggestions are general information and are not tailored to any individual's health, condition, or ability.
Before starting any exercise program, you (and your child) should consult a qualified healthcare professional — especially if there is any injury, medical condition, or health concern. Participate at your own risk. Stop any activity that causes pain, dizziness, or discomfort and seek medical attention if needed.
By using Honest Hockey you acknowledge that physical activity carries inherent risks, including injury; that you (and, for a minor, the parent/guardian on the child's behalf) assume those risks; and that Honest Hockey, its creators, and coaches are not liable for any injury, loss, or damage arising from use of the app or participation in the activities it describes.
For parents and guardians of minors
Honest Hockey is used by young athletes. If the player is under 18, a parent or legal guardian reviews and accepts this Disclaimer on the child's behalf at signup. By doing so, you confirm you are the parent or legal guardian, you have read and understand this Disclaimer, and you assume the risks of physical activity on your child's behalf.
